General

You’ll need a PayPal account to place an order.

Orders will be shipped within ~7 days of ordering. Made to order items take about 2 to 5 weeks to make.

Shipping to Finland is 4€, to Europe (EU and non-EU) 6€ and outside Europe 10€.

Everything is sent via the Finnish Post which is a bit slow at the moment so patience is recommended especially when you order outside of Finland. Product care

Stainless steel jewellery

Most of the jewellery is made from 304 stainless steel. It’s often considered hypoallergenic for most people because it consists only trace amounts of nickel. It doesn’t rust so you can shower wearing your stainless steel jewellery. The best way to store your jewellery is to put the items in separate fabric pouch bags to avoid scratching. In case of your jewellery would break, email contact@annirapo.com for free repairs in Helsinki (possible postage costs not included).

Items with dark prints on lighter coloured fabrics

You can usually machine wash these items in 40°C and the prints stay in good conditon. Hand wash is always the most gentle option though. If your item is not dirty but needs some freshening up try hanging it outside for a couple of hours.

Items with light prints on darker coloured fabrics

These items usually prefer hand washing. The lighter coloured printing emulsions don't penetrate the fabric as well as the darker, more liquidy emulsions, and are more prone to fading and cracking on top of the fabric. If you choose to machine wash opt for a more gentle program with 30/40°C.

Holographic prints

Items with holographic vinyl prints require gentle hand wash. The print is cut from vinyl which is later pressed onto fabric with heat. Never use an iron on the print since too much heat can melt and distort the print. If you are between sizes I recommend going a size up with garments with the holographic prints since the print doesn't stretch at all. Tote bags with the holographic print shouldn't be super stuffed with heavy items since the print can damage from being under a lot of strain.
